At 6.30am, meet your guide for a Backstage Tour of the Sydney Opera House. Breakfast in the Green Room. Next to historic Rocks area, followed by a scenic flight over the harbour. Next cruise along Sydney Harbour (Option on your private yacht). Enjoy lunch on board. Explore South Head and The Gap then to Bondi Beach.

Travel to Hunter Valley, Australia’s oldest wine region. Wine-tasting with Brokenwood Wines and Tyrrell’s Wines. Last visit to the Pepper Tree Wines.

On your journey to the Blue Mountains, travel through wine areas, bush and Wollemi National Park. Enjoy lunch at Mount Tomah, followed by short bushwalks. Dropped off at hotel in the Blue Mountains.

After breakfast, head to the Aboriginal culture Waradah Cultural Centre. Enjoy a dance & didgeridoo performance. Explore the shops and galleries in Leura. After lunch, see native animals in the wild of an extinct volcano. Return to hotel.
