Start your Delhi excursion with a morning pickup from your hotel. You will then be brought on a full day sightseeing tour of the old and new Delhi visiting The Red Fort, Friday Mosque (Jama Masjid), The Silver Street of Chandni Chowk, Raj Ghat, India Gate, The Rashtrapati Bhawan – The President’s House, The tomb of Emperor Humayun and Qutab Minar.
The Red Fort
A World Heritage Site also known as the largest monument in Delhi. The historical fort is located in the centre of Delhi which used to be the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty for over 200 years.
Friday Mosque (Jama Masjid)
The Jama Masjid is one of the largest Mosques in India where the structure is built on an expansive elevated stone platform that is accessible through flights of stairs from 3 sides (East, North and South). Be sure to not miss the roof of the mosque which is capped with three marble domes with an alternating striping in black and white marble.
The Silver Street of Chandni Chowk
Being one of the oldest and busiest markets in Old Delhi, it is one of India’s largest wholesale markets. The bazaar is famous for its silver merchants which have in turn contributed to the name as silver which means Chandi in Hindi.
Raj Ghat
A memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi.
The Tomb of Emperor Humayun
Being the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent, Humayun’s tomb is the tomb of the Mughal Emperor who passed on in 1556AD from a fall from the stairs. The tomb is also the starting point of the Mughal architecture in India with influences from the Persian, Turkish and Indian cultures.

On your second day in Agra, you will start off with a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is in ivory-white marble mausoleum built in Agra between 1631 and 1648 by the order of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his favourite wife. The structural architecture is magnificent.
After that, you will proceed with a sightseeing tour of Agra with visits to the Agra Fort and Sikandra.
Agra Fort
A UNESCO World Heritage Site which used to be the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty till 1638, when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi.
Sikandra
Home to the tomb of Akbar, a Mughal Emperor. The structure has a perfect blending of Hindu, Christian, Islamic, Buddhist and Jain themes.
Private transfer back to the hotel at the end of the tour.
