This is one of the world’s greatest ancient monuments, the single largest Buddhist structure anywhere on earth.

Wake up as early as 3.00am and set off for your sunrise tour in the UNESCO world heritage site of Borobudur Temple. Similar to Prambanan, this temple is the largest Buddhist temple in SEA. Witness the daybreak atmosphere rising over 500 Buddha statues.
Next, proceed to Dieng Plateau to visit the Complex of Hindu temple, the Crater and the Colour Lake.

Today, meet your driver guide who will drive to Mount Merapi. Mount Merapi is one of the Pacific’s most active volcanoes, but such a mesmerising sight to behold.
Afterwards, head to Kaliurang, a village perched on the slopes of Mount Merapi. This place is filled with the Javanese culture and heritage. Visit Ullen Sentalu Museum, a private museum initiated by the Haryono family.
Transfer to Prambanan Temple, the Largest Hindu Temple in SEA. Explore the temple with your tour guide who will bring you around just in time for the sunset. Take a moment or two to be in the moment as you watch the sun set on the ruins of the temple.
Have dinner at Malioboro street, known for its vibrant life and street food with trinkets and souvenirs for you to take home. The tour guide will recommend you some of the local favourites for dinner.
Transfer back to your hotel for a good dinner and a good night’s rest.
