Breakfast in the hotel. A ride in the Remork(Thai Tuk Tuk) to Angkor Wat to see more than 3000 Apsara or ‘Heavenly maiden’ carvings. Next to Bayon Temple, one of the most fascinating and memorable temples built by Jayavarman VII almost 100 years after Angkor Wat. Head for lunch close to the former Royal Bathing Pool of Sra Srang. Last stop of the day is at Ta Prohm, explore the 12th century most photogenic temple famed after the movie ‘Tomb Raider’. Evening will be free and easy.

Breakfast at the hotel. Half day trip to Tonle Sap Lake and take a boat to visit one of the most interesting village Kompong Pluck on the lake. Head back to hotel. Afternoon free and easy. After lunch, visit the ancient architecture of Hoi An, fascinating combination of Vietnamese traditional buildings of Chinese and Japanese influence. Also to see the famous Japanese Covered Bridges, Pottery Museum, 200 year old Tan Ky House, Chua ong Pagoda and the vibrant market. Try their Hoi An specials such as Wonton, “Cao Lau” and “Banh Canh”. A good place to shop for silk.

An evening at the home of a local family where they share their history and culture and yummy traditional vietnamese food.
