To gain an insight of Singapore’s past and present, today you will be visiting colonial and cultural districts. In the morning, meet your guide for a tour of Chinatown, Little India and Kampong Glam. What’s special about this tour is that you will be travelling and visiting iconic landmarks via a trishaw – a common means of transport back in the olden days in Singapore. Along the way, you will also get to sample Singapore’s traditional food. After the trishaw tour, you will be having lunch at National Kitchen, located in the National Gallery, which serves local cuisine in a beautiful setting. After that, you will begin a walking tour in the Colonial District, taking in sights of the neo-Palladian buildings lining the banks of the Singapore River and also visiting some of the most famous landmarks in the city. In the evening, take a river taxi along Singapore River and watch the city lights light up the night sky. Alight at Clarke Quay – Singapore’s most vibrant nightlife hotspots, and explore the area at your leisure.
To start of the day, you will be visiting Singapore’s most famous shopping street, Orchard Road. Flanked by iconic shopping malls, restaurants and hotels, choc-a-bloc with retail, dining and entertainment choice for every taste and budget, be prepared to shop till you drop here. Your guide will bring you around and also tell you more about the history of the places.
In the afternoon, proceed to Sentosa where you will visit S.E.A. Aquarium – which is among the largest aquariums in the world, and pick countless activities to do such as the Skyline Luge, iFly, flying fox, bungee jumping, or simply just relax by the beach. In the evening, you will board the Royal Albatross Sunset Cruise for a sumptuous International 3-Course Sit-down Dinner.
