Once heart of the ancient Hittite Empire and later a strategic point on the Silk Road, Cappadocia has an incredible historical heritage so plan the day to suit. Explore the underground city of Kaymakli with its network of rock-carved tunnels used as subterranean hideouts followed by a visit to a potter’s workshop and the Goreme Rug Weavers Association. Optionally this afternoon take a hike along the Red Valley.

Depart Cappadocia to catch your flight to Bodrum, located in the Turkish Riviera. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel, Mandarin Oriental Bodrum, conveniently located by the beach.
You will have three days to enjoy the beautiful beaches and turquoise waters of the Turkish Riviera. The city is also home to numerous superb remnants of ancient times which are not to be missed.
